Ingrid de Pauw has an M.Sc. and PhD in Industrial Design Engineering (Delft University of Technology) and over 25 years of experience in sustainable and circular product design and design-research projects. Her work includes the design of the Wooden guardrails, Floating water purifier, and Solar coolbox, and the market innovation projects Household water saving, Product strategy for utilizing Dutch wood, and Circular product design. She obtained a PhD degree for her research on Nature-Inspired Design. Ingrid de Pauw heeft een M.Sc. en PhD in Industrieel Ontwerpen (Technische Universiteit Delft) en meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in duurzame en circulaire productontwikkeling en ontwerp-onderzoeksprojecten. Voorbeelden van haar werk zijn het ontwerp van de Houten geleiderail, Drijvende waterzuiveraar en Zonnekoelbox, en de marktinnovatieprojecten Huishoudelijke waterbesparing, Productstrategie voor het gebruik van Nederlands hout, en Circulair productontwerp. Ze behaalde een PhD-graad voor haar onderzoek naar Natuur-geïnspireerd Ontwerp.

Eliza Noordhoek is industrial designer (Delft University of Technology) and specialized in design aesthetics, prototyping and production techniques, including robotic 3D printing. Her IDEAL&CO projects include various circular scans and the RePlanIT-project. Eliza Noordhoek is industrieel ontwerper (TU Delft) en gespecialiseerd in vormgeving, prototyping en productietechnieken, inclusief robotisch 3D printen. Haar IDEAL&CO projecten zijn diverse circulaire scans, en het RePlanIT-project.

Carmen van der Vecht has an M.Sc. from DUT and over 25 years of experience in sustainable design and social entrepreneurship. She is founder and creative partner of Rambler, a social venture offering streetwear fashion, designed and created by street teens, with studios in Amsterdam and Berlin. Carmen van der Vecht heeft een M.Sc. van de TU Delft en meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in duurzaam ontwerp en sociaal ondernemerschap. Ze is oprichter en creatief partner van Rambler, een sociale onderneming die streetwear mode aanbiedt, ontworpen en gecreëerd door straatjongeren, met studio's in Amsterdam en Berlijn.
